as an Earthling host to the Madeleines, Flying Platforms from time to time has to engage in what some might consider dangerous activities – dealing with nuclear waste and clearing the meteorites out of the Madeleines’ flight paths and so forth. and unfortunately, in one such mission, our beloved percussionist extraordinaire Christopher Spilsbury got involved in a horrible accident which cost him a right eye. (we will have a benefit concert for him, the detail on that will come in soon ) since then he has been recovering and we took a hiatus. however, Spilsbury claims it’s high time that the Platforms fly again.
