the transmissions from MidTone Madeleines came in on the night after Halloween, saying that they will be landing on westside in a few days. supposedly their first stop in the 310 is some private party in Culver City, then they suggested that we accompany them at Good Hurt where I’ve performed several times before so I said sure, I can pay a visit to the naughty nurses again – then one of them gave me a stink eye. maybe they’ve learned how to be more expressive (in the way we can understand)?

anyway, we will take our Flying Platforms to the west of 405 and south of 10, Venice and Centinela to be more specific, Mar Vista if you have to know. matter of fact you can see the address on the flyer. here’s the catch; email me so that you get in for FREE. I have a guestlist for 30 people, otherwise it’ll be $10 at the door. actually, if you pay at the door, I’ll throw in a copy of the album for free, how’s that? we’ll re-debut the new song we debuted at the Puka Bar show a few weekends ago in LBC, which was a pretty kick-ass joint. would love to go back soon. it’s rare to see me NOT playing Brick House and Play That Funky Music on a Friday night, so do NOT request those songs or I will make you buy me a drink (that’s the only way you can possibly get me to play those tunes)
